“it was the best of times, it was the worst of times,
it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness,
it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity
it was the season of light, it was the season of darkness
it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair”

2 cups of coffee

I was having a hard time thinking what to write about, nothing much happened in my life anyway
more precisely, i think i’m going through another cycle of stagnation. it’s the time when I don’t want to do shit, I don’t want to run, I don’t want to code, I don’t want to write, to read, or to chat. motivation is something that i can’t afford. i drink 2 cups of coffee everyday, bcuz that’s the only thing make me feel something

i wonder why? i blame the weather, it’s so hot on me. I blame the earth, why do u keeps spinning around?. i blame the evolution, i can just be a coyote running through meadow. i blame myself, for full of holes.
i’m just kidding
this is not the first time i feel this way though

“there is nothing new under the sun”

that’s a sentence from Ecclesiastes (i.e Bible), has been written for thousand years ago. the full quote is:

What has been will be again,
what has been done will be done again;
there is nothing new under the sun.

I think it has a point. we are just products of carbon cycles, we make history repeat itself. love, hate, ambition, jealousy, drama, stupid, horny, … is nothing new from the sun perspective. the sun just sit there, watching human doing it over and over again for over 300,000 years now

what’s new under the sun?

you might say, there are obviously millions of new things has been discovered under the sun, right?
right, but that through our eyes. we are the new under the sun, you & i, as the same as bilions of others …
the sun may see the same old world everyday, but it has never seen it through our own eyes.

bottom note: i’m writing this for the hope of starting a new cycle of a more productive me

this post is made with inspiration from below songs:
